Warner Lake Family Service Day

Join Canyonlands Field Institute in the beautiful La Sal Mountains for a family service event with the US Forest Service! The service project will involve readying the campground for the season and should take about four hours to complete. CFI will also offer a nature walk through the forest with a naturalist guide so you can get to know the local wilderness. You're also welcome to fish in Warner Lake (with a fishing license).

CFI will provide transportation, lunch, water, and snacks. Volunteers can choose to camp overnight for free but must provide their own dinner, breakfast, and transportation. US Forest Service will provide equipment, including gloves. Volunteers are encouraged to wear paint-safe clothing, comfortable shoes, and sun protection. All volunteers will earn trip credit toward any CFI program!

Please RSVP to Sam Wolf at 435-259-7750 or vista@cfimoab.org.
